Quidli is looking for freelance β€œbizdev” (term is being used loosely ) help.

  • Title: Business Development Freelancer

  • Project Description: Quidli is an interface for companies, projects, and communities to share and manage real equity with their teams and contributors on ERC1400/Ethereum. We build ourselves using our own platform, which allows us to apply a work-for-equity system - we share value with anyone who creates value for us. Those who successfully contribute are issued real equity in our company (see here to review our current team cap table).

  • Role Description: We recently launched an open beta of our dApp on Ropsten and are looking for users to onboard and test, we’re asking for help in finding willing companies, projects, communities, etc. The main task is to drive more external prospective users (in this case, real companies) to the platform, onboard them, and get them to make their first legally-binding equity distribution using Quidli.

  • Capacity: We see the role as remote and the commitment level as β€˜up to you.’ As noted, we work in a work-for-equity style so compensation is in Quidli equity: For each company successfully onboarded, the freelancer receives $100 worth of Quidli security tokens for each company that performs the criteria listed above (FYI, we’ve also posted the role on Bounties Network.

Please feel free to pose any questions or comments you may have. I’m sure there can always be more details and clarifications. In any case, hope to maybe work with some of you! :v:

Interesting, what is the price based on? i.e. how do you determine how many shares are worth $100?

The price is based on the valuation used when we received our first pre-seed investment.

We’ve been building Quidli using a dynamic equity split (a la Slicing Pie) from Day 1. But instead of limiting the split to just founders, we hacked and adjusted the model to include anyone who contributes to our development. And so we apply the valuation and the latest split to determine the # of shares.

Does that make sense? Let me know if you have other questions. And if you’re interested in the bounty, welcome aboard! :squid:

Hi Justin, really cool to see you here. Dude, I’d love to know more about the structure of your company and how you were able to do what you are describing. It would be great to have a catch up call after meeting you 4-5 years ago in Paris.
