Hi!. I am Akshay, I am an Urban and Environmental Planner. I started my career working on traditional development projects like Hospital’s and University’s.

• I quickly diversified into working on Rural Development, Project Development and founded ‘Samagri’ - A home products company that used combined Indian crafts with modern home furniture, interior decor and fashion products.
• After an unsuccessful scaling attempt, we dissolved the company and I moved on to working with Urbz; a global urban development collective where I helped in creating low-cost Real-Estate and IoT solutions for neighborhoods in India, Switzerland and Colombia.
• From urbz, I moved on to working on research into Geospatial solutions, Local level governance and Economic planning at Cornell University, Ithaca.
• Next, I started working with cities here in the United States, as an Urban Planner, Geospatial solutions, Environmental and Economic development consultant.
