DoDAO is an educational hub and offers onboarding solution for DAOs. Below we discuss more on these two offerings of our organization.
DoDAO Education Hub
For DoDAO educational hub, our goal is to become the foremost resource for everything related to DAOs. We will be providing educational content in the form of articles and videos. We hope that this resource hub will help people learn about DAOs and how DAOs can be used to create value. The articles we publish are divided into four categories
- DAO Frameworks - DAO Frameworks are sets of tools that allow DAOs to improve their collaboration, governance, and operations. The frameworks provide templates and best practices that help DAOs to get up and running quickly while still maintaining a high degree of standardization.
- DAOs - We talk about the mission, governance, current state, tokenomics etc of the DAOs
- Bogs - There are general informative articles
- News - The DAO space is constantly evolving with new projects and announcements. In this section, we provide an overview of the latest news in the DAO space
DAO Onboarding
DoDAOs onboarding platform enables DAOs to create interactive onboarding content in the form of guides. Our guides are far better than normal documentation in a number of ways
- Guides are to-the-point and are meant to onboard users for a specific role or task.
- Information is presented to the user in a piece-by-piece way i.e. in steps.
- Guides have evaluation steps that force the user to go through the contents carefully
- Guide completion is tracked i.e. we know the user’s wallet address, completion date, and score.
- This data can be queried to apply smart logic like: gating of discord channels, gating of product boards, and proposal voting

Manifesto/Vision
Our mission is to make DAOs accessible and approachable to everyone
Problem
DAOs and blockchain projects believe in true decentralization and need an active community to be successful. At the same time, people want to learn and participate in the Web3 movement and help DAOs.
But due to lack of proper onboarding, new members are not able to participate and lose interest in the projects.
Each of the discord groups of DAOs have thousands of members, but only a handful of them actively participate.
Solution
Imagine whenever a new user goes to the website or joins the discord server of the DAO projects, they see onboarding links to DoDAO’s interactive guides. By going through the onboarding guides the users are clear about
- The Product/Protocol
- Mission statement and the core values of team
- Areas where new community members are needed
- Basic information needed for the members to participate
- Information about the rewards
Our guides will substantially increase active community participation. Our solution will directly help both DAOs and users who want to be part of DAOs.
We hope that by using our interactive onboarding guides, the active participation of members can at least increase by 10 percent.

In the upcoming months, we plan to add more features to the platform like guide bundles, analytics dashboards, etc.
Validation
We have talked to at least 30 people in the blockchain domain. Almost none of them were onboarded to any project.
Progress
On the educational hub i.e. we have been working for quite some time. Due to lack of funds, the pace has been a bit slow recently, but still we can make constant progress.
For the onboarding platform / We are done with the MVP and now working on some bug fixes, and adding onboarding guides to make the platform production ready.
Differentiation
Currently there is no onboarding platform for DAOs or blockchain projects. There are a couple projects that list down the DAOs, but they don’t help in providing the necessary information needed by members to participate and contribute.
Team
Currently, it’s mostly me(Robin Nagpal) who has worked on the technical solution and funding of creating the educational content. Some of the other members who are working with me are

The funds that we get will be used to make our content ARM a true DAO. After we get the funds, we will add at least 3-4 content writers to our DAO
